Mahakumbh, the world’s largest spiritual gathering, concluded in Prayagraj. More than 66 crore devotees took a holy bath at this Kumbh Mela, which lasted for 45 days. CM Yogi Adityanath said that 3 world records have been made in Kumbh Mela. The first record was the first such program in the world with the highest number of devotees. 3 world records of Mahakumbh 2025

Prayagraj Mahakumbh 2025 has three world records related to cleanliness, painting and faith. The team of Guinness Book of World Records handed over the certificate to CM Yogi Adityanath. During this, the Chief Minister honored the cleaning workers. In the 45 days of Prayagraj Mahakumbh, more than 66 crore 38 lakh devotees took a dip in the confluence. On average, more than 1.25 crore devotees arrived at Mahakumbh. During this period, about five lakh foreign devotees from more than 70 countries also arrived. The number of people participating in Mahakumbh is double the population of the United States and more than the joint population of 193 countries. This is the first such event in the world which has such a huge crowd.

Mahakumbh not only set a record for the number of devotees, but also made a world record of cleanliness. 19,000 sweepers were deployed in 4 zones of Mahakumbh Mela area, who set the example day and night.

Art

Apart from faith and cleanliness, the world record of artistry has also been established in Mahakumbh. Here 12,102 artists have set a new record by making paintings simultaneously. Currently 7 thousand 660 artists had to make pictures together. Artists who came to Prayagraj Mahakumbh broke it.

Clean workers get gifts

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath reached Prayagraj with his entire cabinet and celebrated this achievement. During this, he performed the Ganga Aarti and worship on the Sangam coast. He also gave a message of cleanliness by sweeping the floor. He said that the sanitation workers have realized the dream of a healthy Mahakumbh by working hard day and night and serving the devotees with selfless spirit. The Chief Minister honored the sanitation workers for his dedication and commitment and also had lunch with him. He was also assured to give bonus and increase salary.
