In Maharashtra politics these days, there is a faster. Discussions are hot that the BJP has not forgotten the displeasure of Eknath Shinde after the assembly elections yet. Recently, Shinde had strongly objected to the appointment of mentor ministers in some districts, which the BJP is considering their “pressure politics” and is looking unhappy with it.

The discussion is now in full swing in the political corridors that the Shiv Sena (UBT) of BJP and Uddhav Thackeray can come closer again. Although Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has dismissed these speculation, but political signs are telling something else.

BJP and Shiv Sena (UBT) close

Chandrakant Patil, a minister in the Maharashtra government, recently met Uddhav Thackeray at a wedding ceremony and made a big statement. When Uddhav’s personal assistant and MLC Milind Narvekar asked Patil, “When will the two parties come together?” So Patil replied,

“I am waiting for the golden moment when both parties aligned again.”

Sanjay Raut’s support, Fadnavis denied

After this statement of Chandrakant Patil, Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut reacted,

“Patil has been a supporter of the Shiv Sena-BJP alliance since the beginning. His views match many leaders of our party. We did a good job with the BJP for 25 years and also increased the synergy with Modi. But after the rise of Amit Shah, the alliance was disappointed. ”

However, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis dismissed these political speculation and said,

“Parties neither increase nor form an alliance in wedding ceremonies.”

BJP’s growing strategy and pressure on Shinde

Encouraged by its stunning victory in the recent assembly elections, the BJP now wants to expand its dominance, even if it has to take the displeasure of its colleagues.

The indications were received when the BJP started interfering in Thane, the stronghold of Deputy Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde.

– The patron of Thane is Shinde, but BJP minister Ganesh Naik has also announced to set up a “Janata Darbar” in Thane.
– Ganesh Naik is the patron minister of Palghar district, but being active in Thane is being considered a direct challenge in Shinde’s fort.

Is BJP increasing closeness with Uddhav Thackeray?

Political analysts believe that the BJP is increasing his proximity to Uddhav Thackeray to put pressure on Eknath Shinde. The BJP believes that Shinde is no longer “important” and she wants to keep Shinde in “control” by increasing contact with Uddhav.

It will now be seen whether there is another big upset in Maharashtra politics, or it is just the market of rumors.
