Jamshedpur, 8 July (Hindustan Times). Baharagoda police station in-charge of the district, Santan Kumar Tiwari and police force jawans on Saturday morning demolished three illegal Mahua liquor manufacturing furnaces being operated on the banks of Swarnarekha river of Muturkham panchayat by conducting a special raid campaign against illegal liquor.

Police destroyed 200 kg of Java Mahuva. The operators ran away after seeing the police. The police is investigating to find out the names and addresses of the furnace operators and take legal action against them. Station in-charge said that the raid campaign will continue against the manufacturers and sellers of illegal liquor.
