Dhar (Madhya Pradesh): Police geared up for a major three-day celebration in Dhar for Basant Panchami and Pride Day celebration starting on Monday. The festivities will kick off with Saraswati Puja at Bhojshala. Uttam Swami would be the chief guest. To keep everyone safe, police have been placed all around the city.
A large procession will go from Ghoda Chowpatty to Bhojshala and many local Hindus are expected to join in. The Bharatiya Janata Party and Hindu groups held meetings to encourage people to participate. The Bhoj Utsav Samiti has also talked to villagers, asking them to come to Bhojshala in large numbers. SP Manoj Kumar Singh said that extra police from nearby areas have been called in to ensure safety during celebrations.

Dhar (Madhya Pradesh):A rally of Goddess Saraswati was taken out in Dhar by children on Saturday, urging citizens to visit Bhojshala by raising slogans like ‘Bhojshala Chalo’. Children chanted ‘Jai Bhojshala’ and ‘Saraswati Mata Ki Jai’, holding banners.
They invited people by banging thalis and spoons. The rally began at Dhareshwar courtyard and traversed through various areas, including Hatwara, Pipli Bazaar and Rajwada, before concluding at Jyoti Mandir.
The aim is to highlight that spiritual education is just as important as modern learning for children. Members of Bhoj Utsav Samiti participated in the yatra, encouraging the community to appreciate the spiritual heritage of Bhojshala. Mohan Rathore, from the Samiti, provided details about the event.
