The central government is in action mode after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir. Many restrictions have been imposed on Pakistan. After this, a high level meeting has been held today i.e. on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval and Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Anil Chauhan were present in this meeting.

 

Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K.K. Tripathi was also present. In this important meeting, after the Pahalgam attack, security situation, ongoing campaign against terrorists and future policies were discussed in depth.

 

According to the information received, in the meeting held at the Prime Minister’s residence, the background of the attack, the action of the security forces and the next strategy were discussed in detail. According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ordered strict action against those responsible for the Pahalgam attack. He has also ensured that there is no lapse in the protection of Amarnath Yatra and other civil activities.

 

26 people were killed and several others were injured in the horrific terrorist attack on April 22 in Pahalgam. It is considered one of the most deadly terrorist attacks in recent times. After this incident, all the security forces in the Kashmir Valley have been kept on high alert. The search for the terrorists involved in the attack is going on and a search operation is being carried out by the security forces at various places. It has become clear that Pakistan was behind this attack and after that the Government of India has decided to impose various restrictions on Pakistan.
