Prime Minister Narendra Modi will meet the MLAs of the BJP-led Mahayuti government during his visit to Mumbai today. He is expected to address 230 MLAs from the BJP, Shiv Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party at INS Angre.

According to BJP sources, the PM’s address will be followed by a lunch meeting at around 1pm. The party has instructed all its MLAs to be present in Mumbai for the occasion. The MLAs will gather at Vidhan Bhavan, and taken to INS Angre by bus, according to reports.

During his visit, the PM will also commission three frontline naval combatants INS Surat, INS Nilgiri, and INS Vaghsheer at 10.30am at the Naval Dockyard. At 3.30pm, he will inaugurate the Sri Sri Radha Madan Mohan Temple, an ISKCON project spanning nine acres, at Kharghar in Navi Mumbai.

Modi had previously visited Mumbai after the assembly election to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Deputy Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar at Azad Maidan.
