The event aims to reduce stress around exams and promote a positive approach toward learning, celebrating life as an “Utsav.” Over the past seven years, Pariksha Pe Charcha has been a huge success, bringing together participants from across India and even from abroad. In fact, last year’s edition took place at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, in a vibrant town hall format.
As part of the registration, there’s a quiz competition for students in classes 6 to 12, as well as teachers and parents, available on the MyGov.in portal. You can also submit questions to ask Prime Minister Modi during the event. These questions can cover anything from dealing with exam stress to career guidance, future aspirations, or even broader life topics.
The selection process will focus on including questions from across India and abroad, ensuring diversity in the topics discussed. Only those who participate in the quiz will be eligible for selection to ask questions during the event.
In addition to the main event, the Ministry of Education is also hosting a series of exciting activities from January 12 (National Youth Day) to January 23, 2025 (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti). These activities include:
Indigenous game sessions
Marathon runs
Meme competitions
Nukkad Nataks (street plays)
Videos and testimonials by students
Model PPC sessions with student anchors and guests
Yoga and meditation workshops
Song performances by CBSE, KVS, and NVS students

The first Pariksha Pe Charcha was held in February 2018, and it continues to inspire and support students every year. So, if you’re feeling stressed about exams, this is a great opportunity to find encouragement and connect with others facing similar challenges!
