Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Brazil to participate in the G-20 summit. The 19th G20 summit is going to be held in Rio de Janeiro on 18 and 19 November. This is the second leg of PM Modi’s five-day visit to three countries. After reaching Brazil, PM Modi posted on social media platforms that he is confident of meeting many global leaders at the G20 summit. When PM Modi reached Brazil, the people of the Indian community welcomed him warmly. He was welcomed amidst Vedic chanting and Indian classical music.

PM Modi’s visit to Brazil is important in many ways because last year India hosted the G20 summit. After PM Modi’s arrival in Brazil, the Ministry of External Affairs posted that PM Modi has reached Rio de Janeiro for the G20 summit.
