Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for seven railway projects and dedicated four major railway projects to the nation in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, at a total cost of ₹2,695 crore. Additionally, he virtually flagged off the MEMU train service between Abhanpur and Raipur from the event venue in Mohbhatta, Bilaspur. These projects will strengthen rail transport in the state, significantly benefiting both passenger and freight transportation.
