Waves Summit 2025: A special program called Waves 2025 is being organized to promote India’s media and entertainment industry in front of the world. The conference will run for four days at the Jio World Convention Center in Mumbai. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Prime Minister Modi said that Waves means the World Visible and Entertainment Summit. He said, ‘Waves are not just a brief name. This is truly a wave. It is a wave that connects culture, creativity and world. This wave is about film, music, gaming, innovation and storytelling. Today, artists, neo -renovation, investors and policy makers from more than 100 countries have gathered here under the same roof. We are laying the foundation of the global ecosystem of talent and creativity. Waves is a global platform of every artist and creator.
Indian cinema is echoed all over the world: Prime Minister Modi
PM Modi said- The echo of Indian cinema continues all over the world. We have to win everyone’s heart. Our journey towards developed India is now starting. PM Modi further said- music is a practice for us. There is talent in every corner of India.
This is the time to emerge the orange economy.
PM Modi said, ‘This is the time for Orange Economy to emerge in India. ‘Subject, creativity and culture-these three are strong foundations of this orange economy.’
He said, ‘Now Indian films are reaching every corner of the world. Today our films are released in more than 100 countries. Therefore, now a large number of foreigners are also looking and preferred Indian content with subtitles.
