Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged students to approach exams with confidence, effective time management, and a positive mindset, assuring them that success follows focus and perseverance. Speaking at the Pariksha Pe Charcha programme in New Delhi ahead of the Class 10 and 12 board exams, he advised students to compete with themselves, set smaller goals, and celebrate achievements. Emphasising holistic learning, he encouraged them to pursue knowledge beyond exams.
In Mumbai, a live telecast of the event at Shivaji Park’s Scout and Guide Hall was attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Cultural Affairs Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar, and students from various schools. The Prime Minister highlighted self-awareness, the importance of writing, and viewing failure as a learning opportunity. He recommended meditation for focus and stressed the significance of nature, a balanced diet, technology, teamwork, and leadership.

Modi also urged students to support environmental conservation through the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign and encouraged parents to understand and nurture their children’s aspirations.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis echoed these sentiments, advising students to embrace challenges positively and focus on self-improvement. He highlighted that overcoming fear and consistent practice can lead to extraordinary achievements. Reflecting on Modi’s journey from struggle to global recognition, he underscored the event’s inspirational value.
On this occasion, Fadnavis also released ‘Coton’, a book by Dr Aditi Sawant from SNDT College. The event served as a platform to motivate students and reinforce resilience, self-belief, and lifelong learning.
