There is great news for farmers waiting for the 19th installment under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The next installment to eligible farmers under this scheme is going to be released soon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi can announce this amount during the visit of Bihar on 24 February 2025.

Recently, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan informed that the 19th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana will be transferred to farmers’ accounts by the end of February 2025. Earlier, the 18th installment was provided to farmers on 15 October 2024. If you are also the beneficiaries of this scheme, then know when and how the 19th installment will be received and which necessary procedures are mandatory.

E-KYC mandatory, otherwise installment will not be found

If you want the 19th installment of the PM Kisan Yojana to come to your account on time, then you will have to complete the e-KYC process. This process ensures that only real and eligible farmers get the benefit of the scheme and any kind of fraud can be prevented.

If you have not yet e-KYC, then complete it as soon as possible, otherwise your 19th installment can be stopped.

How can farmers complete e-KYC?

There are three easy ways to e-KYC under PM Kisan Yojana:

OTP based e-KYC:

  • You can do this through PM-Kisan Portal (PMKISAN.GOV.IN) or PM Kisan Mobile App.
  • OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, which will be completed and the e-KYC process will be completed.

Biometric based e-KYC:

  • This process is available at the Common Service Center (CSC) and the State Services Centers (SSK).
  • You have to go to CSC with your Aadhaar card and get biometric verification done.

Face authentication based e-KYC:

  • This process can be completed through PM Kisan Mobile App.
  • In this, your face will be scanned and verified.

Remember: If you did not e-KYC before the 19th installment, your name can be removed from the list of beneficiaries.
