Pilot Notices Coldplay Fans Flying On Ahmedabad-Bound Flight | Captain Pradeep Krishnan

Coldplay show was next witnessed by fans in Ahmedabad. Not only locals, but people from other cities too attended the music event. A video from a flight travelling to the concert-bound city has gone viral on the internet for showing the pilot equally thrilled about the rock band’s performance. Captain Pradeep Krishnan, who is known for his engaging social media reels, shared a video of him checking if there are any passengers travelling to Ahmedabad for the concert. After discovering there are a few people flying from Pune to Ahmedabad to for the music performance, he gives the entire flight a concert-like vibe.

In the video, the IndiGo pilot, Pradeep is heard asking passengers to turn on their phone torch and wave it in the air, a regular practice done at concerts and shows.

“How many of you are going to the Coldplay concert?”, he asked, followed by a lighthearted comment, “How many of you have two extra tickets?”.

When one of the passengers lifted their hands to suggest he was heading to witness the Coldplay show in Ahmedabad, the captain playfully said, “You actually do? Hello sir, nice to meet you. We’re going to be very good friends today”.

The cabin crew dimmed the lights and made passengers as if they were at the concert venue. They recreated Coldplay’s famous sky full of stars moment being seated on their flight seats. As the lights went low, passengers celebrated the moment by switching on their phone flashlights and waving it gently above them.

This heartfelt shout out to the rock band won the hearts of flyers and netizens. The video is going viral on Instagram.

Coldplay recently concluded their “Music of the Spheres World Tour” with a spectacular concert in Ahmedabad, which took place on January 26, 2025. This event attracted more than one lakh attendees at the Narendra Modi Stadium, reportedly surpassing the number at previous shows held by artists like Justin Bieber and Diljit Dosanjh.
