As India celebrates the official wedding season, yearly this is the time when most funny incidents of the weddings go viral and one of those is this video that has been gaining attention over social media where the priest who is supposed to chant holy mantras and shower blessings over the newly weds and the relatives, was seen throwing plate of flowers in anger towards a group of men who were excitedly showering the couple with flowers as they took ‘saat fere’ a Hindu wedding ritual.
The viral video was posted by an X user (formerly Twitter), @gharkekalesh on their page with a caption that read: Kalesh b/w a Pandit ji and Some Guys over throwing Flower during Marriage Ritual’s:
In the viral video the men can be seen throwing bunch of flowers from a jute bag near by and throwing flowers over the bride and groom while all the other families and relatives did the same. After a few shots hit the Pandit instead of the bride and groom, it angered the priest and he snatched the flower plate that was held by him and angressively threw it on the men on the other side.
As the priest threw the plate towards the men, it hit the man wearing a white suit which broke a fight between the two while all the relatives were in shock over the priest’s reaction and the ruckus that took place. The bride and groom looked confused and shocked at how the events unfold.
