Jalandhar (Punjab), March 17: Pakistani gangster Shahzad Bhatti released a video on Sunday (March 16) claiming responsibility for the grenade attack on the house of Indian Youtuber Rozer Sandhu’s house in Jalandhar. The Pakistani gangster has alleged links with gangster Lawrence Bishnoi in India. He claimed in his video that he was helped by Zeeshan Akhtar, who is the mastermind of Baba Siddique’s murder and also US-based terrorist Happy Passia. Earlier, Shahzad Bhatti was seen in a video talking to jailed Indian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi over video call in Pakistan.
As per reports, a video footage of a grenade-like object being hurled at the social media influencer’s house during the night in Jalandhar surfaced on the internet. The Punjab Police initiated an investigation into the matter and found a metallic object which was lying on the second floor of his house. The police took the object into their custody and it is being examined by the bomb disposal squad.
Account Banned In India
Following the incident, the Pakistani gangster’s account has been reportedly banned in India. While accessing his Instagram account a message pops up claiming that the account has been suspended after legal request from Punjab Police.
Gangster Shahzad Bhatti claimed in the video that the grenade was hurled at the house of the Youtuber as he was defaming Islam, the Prophet and the Kabbah.
Gangster Issues Threat
He thanked Zeeshan Akhtar and Happy Passia in the video and said, “If he survives, we will strike again. He is not alone—there were five of them, and they thought we had forgotten. I want to thank my two brothers, Zeeshan Akhtar (an accused in the Baba Siddiqui murder case) and Happy Passia (a US-based wanted gangster with terror links). Passia also supported me.”
“If you want to prevent bloodshed and maintain peace, then arrest them. I will provide their names and photographs, and I will not take any action. But if you don’t arrest them, then no matter what happens to me, I will make sure they are destroyed in a way that their next seven generations will remember,” Bhatti warned.
Bhatti Releases Video Of Attack
Bhatti released the video of the grenade attack which showed a man giving directions for throwing the grenade while sitting in the car. He is also seen in the video asking the person to remove the pin and throw it on the second floor of the house.
Police Confirms Attack
The police have confirmed that the place which is shown in the video shared by Bhatti was the same where the attack occurred and that they have found a metallic object from inside the house and that too from the second floor. The police also said that they asked YouTuber about the objectionable remarks made by him. However, nothing has been found yet.
Links With Lawrence Bishnoi
Earlier, a video surfaced on social media in which gangster Shahzad Bhatti is seen talking to Indian gangster Lawrence Bishnoi over video call. The video shows that Lawrence Bishnoi is wishing him “Eid Mubarak” over video call in Pakistan from Gujarat jail. The video emerged on social media amid firing at Salman Khan’s residence at Galaxy Apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra.
