According to reports, the Indian board will now take a decision on the matter on Friday i.e. May 9.
The tension between the two countries began after the operation vermilion, which India launched against the terrorist camps in Pakistan on the night of 6-7 May. At the same time, the 58th match of IPL 2025 was being played between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Dharamshala. But the match was canceled only after 10 overs.

IPL chairman Arun Singh Dhumal, who was present during the match, entered the stadium and appealed to the audience to return, after which all the spectators left the HPCA Stadium.
