From ordinary citizens to religious organizations, everyone is angry in mind and this anger has now erupted on the streets. Today (A symbolic ‘today’, change according to the date of the real event) Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) organizations and Sant Samaj of the country are going to perform strongly against terrorism. A major protest will be organized at Jantar Mantar in the capital Delhi under the leadership of saints, where the united voice of the country will be raised against terrorism.

A bandh has also been called in Delhi today. There is a huge gathering of saint society and various Hindu organizations at Jantar Mantar. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) and the Bajrang Dal have announced to protest against not only Delhi, but also at every district and block level of the country.

This wave of protest is not limited to Delhi only. Yesterday, markets were closed in many cities of Punjab, such as Hoshiarpur, Amritsar, Pathankot, Kapurthala, etc. and people angrily burnt the effigy of Pakistan. In Hoshiarpur, the atmosphere became like curfew. All major political parties – BJP, Congress, Aam Aadmi Party and Akali Dal – have also lodged their protest, condemning this terrorist incident.

In Bihar too, the anger of the people did not calm down on the second day and the protests continued. In Patna, the Sikh community took out a candle march from Takht Sri Harimandir Sahib and expressed its anger towards the attack. At the same time, Hindu organizations and Congress workers took to the streets in Gurugram and Pataudi in Haryana and took out candle marches.

Slogans of ‘Terrorism Murdabad’ echoed in Nepal across the border

The voice against this terrorist attack did not arise only in India. Vishwa Hindu Parishad and other organizations took out a vengeance march in Janakpurdham of neighboring Nepal. Slogans like ‘Terrorism Murdabad’ and ‘Terrorists Easy Ho’ were raised in this march from Janaki temple to Janak Chowk. There too, tributes were paid to those killed in the attack and anger was expressed by burning effigies of terrorists.
