The Indian Air Force on Friday practiced its much awaited ‘Land and Go’ on the 3.5 km long part of the Ganga Expressway in Shahjahanpur district of Uttar Pradesh. During this time the Air Force performed brilliantly for its aerial power and accurate flight.
This was the first exercise in which leading aircraft like Rafael, Sukhoi-30 MKI, MiG-29, Mirage-200, Jaguar, AN-32 transport aircraft, C-130J Super Hercules and Mi-17 helicopters participated. In this exercise, the Air Force performed its fighter capabilities as well as disaster response preparations through practice flights and live demo.
Power performance in two phases
The study was conducted in two stages, in which preparations were tested for both day and night operations. Fly-pastes at low altitude and various landing-techoff techniques made the show exciting.
The program filled with Kanfodu noise and accurate aerial tricks mesmerized the people present there. Hundreds of school children from nearby villages and hundreds of school children could see the surprise on their face to see the planes flying and showing tricks in the sky.
Air Force’s rare ‘night landing’ show
Later a special moment came in the evening when the Air Force did a rare ‘night landing’ between 9 to 10 pm. This operation highlighted the advanced night flight capabilities of the Indian Air Force. The demonstration took place on the Ganges Expressway on a specially manufactured 3.5 km long strip, which can be used as an airstrip for emergency military operations. According to officials, this dual -use structure will play an important role in defense logistics and disaster relief works.
Ganga Expressway is the first expressway on which fighter aircraft can fly, land, fill fuel and even attack the enemy’s territory at night. Preparations are underway to respond to the cowardly terrorist attack by Pakistan in Pahalgam and this exercise of the Air Force is being seen in the same perspective.
All three organs of the army are busy with preparations.
Prime Minister Modi has allowed the three armies, Navy, Army and Air Force to take action against Pakistan. To take revenge on Pakistan, the three armies have started war exercises from the sea to the sky, that is, the apprehensions of Pakistan can turn into reality anytime.
