Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) has unlocked the next frontier in campus placements, that is, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data-Driven Recruitment Analytics to propel students into elite global firms offering multi-crore packages.

As part of this mission, sessions were conducted by Training and Placement Cell recently, the AI-Driven Career Readiness & Corporate Hiring Strategies session led by Neeraj Gupta, a MANIT alumnus and an entrepreneur, was designed to equip MANIT students with AI-powered strategies to secure multi-crore placements.

The impact of these efforts is evident in MANIT’s placement statistics for 2025 with 80% placement rate with 240+ companies participating, 85 LPA (lakhs per annum) highest package, 27 LPA average package in computer science, 50 students secured offers above 50 LPA in Google, Zomato, Microsoft, Attlassian, Amazon, Nutanix and Goldman Sachs. Internship offers at D.E. Shaw, Adobe, Schrodinger, UI Path and Trilogy Innovations with the highest stipend reaching 1.5 LPA per month.  

Jal Saheli Shares Experiences At Water For All, All For Water

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A two-day event ‘Water for All, All for Water ‘ ended with ‘Chai Ke Sang Gup-Shup’, where community leaders shared their experiences on water conservation efforts at the grassroots level at Ravindra Convention Centre in the city on Friday.

Suman who is a Jal Saheli, shared her real life experience of how she teaches children in her village not to waste water and has observed a change in their behavior, she also said that she will continue to work for this cause.

Ranjan K Panda, known as ‘Water Man of Odisha’ spoke on importance of grassroots leadership, “Change happens at the community level”. He laid emphasis on capacity building of local leaders and ensuring that funds reach the last mile, where they are needed the most.

Besides, it had a special round table on fundraising – the private sector was roped in to play an important role in fundraising. Voice of Change – a poetry session on water, sanitation and women empowerment – organised by The Social House was held.

The session focused on burning issues like water, sanitation and women empowerment, highlighting the importance of these topics through poetry, stories and dialogues.
