Mumbai: The Oscar Academy has announced the next date. ‘Emotion in Color: A Calidoscope of Indian Cinema’ Film Festival is being held from 7 March. Under this, 12 Indian films will be screened.
A few days ago there were reports that Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Jodha Akbar’ has been selected for this screening. However, as now it is revealed, films like Mother India, Manthan, Amar Akbar Anthony, Mirch Masala, Devdas, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Maya Darpan, Iruvar, Ishanu, Kumati will also be screened.
Films have been selected that showcase the diversity, timeless representation, rich artistic heritage and entertainment aspects of Indian cinema.
