New Delhi: India took decisive steps on the 16th day of the horrific terrorist attack in Pahalgam ‘Operation Sindoor’ Under this, 9 terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir launched heavy air attacks. Official sources said that the information of this operation was given to major international partner countries including the US, Russia and Britain on Wednesday midnight. The Indian Air Force targeted and destroyed terrorist camps within a radius of 100 km along the Pakistan border. Prior to this operation, intelligence agencies had collected detailed information, based on which the exact target was selected.
Sources said the Indian armed forces destroyed 4 camps of Jaish-e-Mohammed, 3 of Lashkar-e-Taiba and 2 of Hizbul Mujahideen. It has also been clarified that these camps were involved in various terrorist activities in India. Dozens of terrorist bases were detected before the attack. Sources said that his activities were constantly monitored and attacked after determining the exact time and place. It is being said that all these attacks were carried out under a coordinated campaign, so that the enemy could not get time to act.

Jaish’s headquarters destroyed in Bahawalpur
The biggest attack in this operation took place in Bahawalpur, which is considered to be the major hideout of Jaish-e-Mohammed. Military sources said that the place is about 100 km from the international border and has now been completely destroyed.
Military base belonging to Mumbai 26/11 also destroyed
Another major attack was carried out at the base of Lashkar-e-Taiba in Muridke, just 30 km from Samba sector. It is said that terrorists were recruited from this place for the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
Gulpur base is the root cause of Poonch and bus attacks
The third attack took place in Gulpur, which is about 35 km from the Line of Control. The Poonch attack of 20 April 2023 and the bus attack of June 2024 were carried out from this area.
Sawai camp also targeted in connection with Pahalgam attack
In this attack, the ‘Sawai Camp’ of the army, located 30 km from Tangdhar sector in Pak occupied Kashmir, was also targeted. From this place, Sonamarg (October 20, 2024), Gulmarg (October 24, 2024) and Pahalgam (22 April 2025) were planned.
Jaish’s ‘Bilal’ and Army’s ‘Kotli’ camp destroyed
The fifth target was ‘Bilal Camp’, which was considered the major launchpad of Jaish-e-Mohammed. The sixth target, ‘Lashkar Kotli Camp’, was located 15 km from the Line of Control at Rajouri. More than 50 terrorists were being trained here.
Two training camps of Hizbul destroyed
The seventh place was Barnala camp, which was 10 km inside the Line of Control. It is far away and was used for Hizbul training. The eighth target was the ‘Sarjal Camp’, which was considered the second place of Jaish. It was only 8 km from the international border.
Mahmuna Camp
The ninth and final goal was Mahmuna Camp, located near Sealkot and within 15 kilometers from the international border. It is allegedly a major training center of Hizbul Mujahideen.
