Operation Sindoor; Amit Shah’s statement after Operation Sindoor, said- Modi government is committed to ending terrorism, pride in army

News India Live, Digital Desk: Operation Sindoor: Pakistani terrorists brutally murdered 26 innocent tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April. After this terrorist attack, outrage had spread throughout the country and the public demanded strict action against Pakistan. The opposition also fully supported the Modi government in this matter.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi then gave the army full exemption to retaliate on terrorist bases in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK). The Indian Army avenged the Pahalgam attack on nine terrorist bases on Tuesday 6 May and Wednesday 7 May.

After this action, Union Home Minister Amit Shah shared a post on social media platform x. Shah wrote, “We are proud of our armed forces. It has a revenge for the death of our brothers who were ruthlessly killed in #OPerationsindoor Pahalgam. The Modi government is committed to giving a befitting reply to every attack on India and its citizens. India is fully committed to ending terrorism.”

On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also called an important meeting of the Union Cabinet, in which Amit Shah and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh are also expected to join.

The Indian Army has announced that it will give detailed information about ‘Operation Sindoor’ at a press conference at 10:30 am. It will be told how the operation was completed and how many terrorists are likely to be killed in it.
