Makhana – 5 cups (about 75 grams)

Cashew – ½ cup (about 75 grams)

Coconut Burada – ½ cup

Cardamom – 4 small (crushed)

Full Cream Milk – ½ liter

Sugar – 4 cups (about 150 grams)

Desi Ghee – 1 teaspoon

Dry fruits – chopped pistachios and almonds (for garnishing)
Method of making Makhana Mewa Barfi

Roast Makhana and Cashew –

Place a pan on medium flame and fry the makhana lightly until they become crisp.

After cooling, add fine powder by putting it in the mixer.

Similarly, put cashew nuts in a mixer and make powder.

Mix both these powder.

Fry coconut –

Put coconut burda in a light hot pan and fry lightly on low flame.
