CUET PG 2025 registration is now open through the National Testing Agency (NTA). Applications are accepted until February 1, 2025. The test is scheduled for March 13–31, 2025. The CUET PG exam format, application cost, and test cities have all undergone major changes as a result of NTA actions.

Exam duration:
The CUET 2025 exam used to take two hours (120 minutes), but last year it was shortened to one hour and forty-five minutes (105 minutes). The CUET PG 2025 exam time has been further shortened to 1.5 hours (90 minutes) in accordance with the most recent exam pattern. The exam still has the same amount of questions (75 questions).
Exam pattern:
A list of question paper codes is provided, and candidates can choose up to four of them. Depending on the candidate’s selection, which must be indicated before registration, the General Paper’s comprehension portion will be offered in either Hindi or English. Ninety minutes will be allotted for the examination. There will be 75 questions on each question paper.
Marking scheme:
Four marks are given for each question. The candidate will receive four marks for accurate answers. One mark will be deducted from the final score for incorrect responses. Questions that go unanswered or unattempted will not be graded. Candidates must select the best option from the list of options in order to respond.
Application fees:
General Category: ₹1,400 for up to two test papers within India; ₹700 for each additional paper.
OBC-NCL/GenEWS: ₹1,200 for two papers; ₹600 for each extra paper.
PwBD Candidates: ₹1,000 for two papers; ₹600 for each extra paper.
SC/ST/Third Gender: ₹1,100 for two papers; ₹600 for each extra paper.
International Applicants: ₹7,000 for up to two papers; ₹3,500 for each extra paper.
Exam centre:
CUET PG 2025 candidates can now choose up to four cities for the test, up from the previous two-city limit, starting of this year. Additionally, there are now just 285 exam cities in India, although there are now more overseas test centres. Frankfurt/Berlin (Germany), Oslo (Norway), and Abu Dhabi (UAE) are among the new international centres.
