Central Railway has set up ATMs as a test in the Mumbai-Manmad Panchwati Express. Officials said on Tuesday that the ATM has been made available by a private bank and has been installed in the air -conditioned chair car coach of this daily express service. According to him, this facility will soon be available to passengers.
Swapnil Neela, Chief Public Relations Officer of Central Railway, said that ATM has been installed in Panchwati Express as a test. It is installed in the chamber behind the ATM coach, where there was a temporary pantry earlier. A shutter door has also been installed to ensure safety and admission during the running of the train.
The official said that necessary changes were made in these coaches in Manmad Railway Workshop. Panchwati Express runs daily between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Manmad Junction in Nashik district in Mumbai. This train completes its one -sided journey in about 4 hours 35 minutes.
