Aaradhya Bachchan’s video and her petition

Justice Mini Pushkaran issued a notice in the case and fixed the date of March 17, 2025 for the next hearing of the case. Even after the notice was issued, 9 YouTube channels have failed to file their reply on Aradhya’s petition.

Let us tell you that Aaradhya Bachchan in the court filed the media platforms of giving misleading information about their physical and mental health and spreading pictures.

In April 2023, the High Court directed Google to present other details of the 9 YouTube channels who spread misinformation about Aaradhya Bachchan and his father actor Abhishek Bachchan, to present other details like email ID, IP address, which were made in the petition.

Such instructions were given to Google.

The court also ordered Google to remove all the video clips uploaded related to Aaradhya’s health on its YouTube platform. Additionally, the URLs of the video listed in the petition have also been removed and they have been deactivated. It has also been learned that the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology has been instructed to block access to controversial materials.
