There is good news for the candidates preparing for UP PCS exam. Notification has been released for this examination. Which candidates can check by visiting the official site.
Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has issued a notification for the Combined State/Senior Subordinate Services (PCS) Examination, Assistant Forest Conservator (ACF) and Regional Forest Officer (RFO) Service Examination. Under this, the registration process for preliminary examination will start soon.
UPPSC has decided to conduct PCS 2025 examination for 200 vacant posts. Last year the number was 220, but this year it has been reduced. The Commission has said that there may be a change in the number of posts as required. Under this recruitment process, recruitment will be done to various high level government posts like Deputy Registrar, Prosecution Officer in Transport Department, District Basic Education Officer, District Accountant, Senior Spokesperson, Chemist and Managing Officer.
Educational qualification
To apply in this examination, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. Specific qualifications have also been prescribed for certain posts, such as a degree in law for the post of Sub Registrar, B.Com for Audit Officer and M.Sc for Chemist post.
Age limit
The minimum age of candidates to apply is 21 years and maximum age is 40 years.

Application fee will have to be paid so much
The application fee for general and OBC category candidates is Rs 125. This is Rs 65 for SC/ST candidates. The fee for Divyang (PH) category candidates is Rs 25.

The link to fill the application form is being activated on the official website of UPPSC uppsc.up.nic.in from today. Interested candidates can apply till 24 March 2025, and the application fee can also be filled by the same day. If there is any error in the application, the candidates can improve their form by 2 April 2025.
