The dispute continues between South Korea and North Korea. Now North Korea is using such a weapon, knowing which you will be shocked. Actually, North Korea is sending strange scary sounds to the border villages of South Korea. Due to which the people of neighboring countries have lost their sleep. 56 year old Kim Sun-suk expressed his pain. She said that earlier she used to fall asleep early amidst the sounds of nature. But now I can’t sleep the whole night with these horror movie-like sounds.

The campaign to disturb the sleep of the citizens of the neighboring country is a new link in the deteriorating relations between the two Koreas. North Korea has been installing loudspeakers on the border since July. Scary sounds are being broadcast through these loudspeakers in the villages of South Korea. According to AFP, these sounds include the screams of people dying on the battlefield, the sound of bullets, bombs exploding and dangerous music. It starts playing at 11 pm. In the thick darkness of the night, these sounds make the atmosphere even more frightening.

This is not the first time that North Korea has made such propaganda. This is what 66 year old Ahn Hyo Cheol, who lives in this village, has to say. He told that at first he heard howls of wolves and ghostly sounds. He said it was very painful. Experts said the new broadcast was intended to inflict torture. According to historian Rory Cox of the University of St Andrews, almost every regime has used vocal torture and sleep deprivation.

Experts say that if the noise level at night exceeds 60 decibels, it can cause difficulty in sleeping. At the same time, the noise level in these areas at night was found to be more than 80 decibels. Mi-hee, 37, told AFP she suffered from frequent headaches and had to take medication. Prolonged lack of sleep also causes anxiety, eye pain and fatigue. He said that even our children are not able to sleep properly. Due to which he is getting ulcers in his mouth and he is unable to go to school.
