News India Live, Digital Desk: Noida, the industrial city of Uttar Pradesh, adjacent to the country’s capital Delhi, has been a center of attraction for investors for years. With the ever increasing expansion, now the Uttar Pradesh government is working on a plan to settle 5 new state -of -the -art cities ahead of Noida. These cities will be developed in a vast area of ​​56,000 hectares around Noida International Airport. According to the Times of India report, five new cities or townships will be constructed in the region in the next ten years.

With the launch of Noida International Airport in 2025, the real estate market and economic activities here will get a tremendous boost. Currently, property prices in Noida and Greater Noida have almost doubled in the last three years. Flat prices have reached Rs 2 crore to Rs 10 crore in premium housing projects around Noida Expressway.

The region has offices and manufacturing plants of global companies like Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Samsung, LG and Honda, which has strengthened the economic activities here.

The names of these five new cities associated with the Yamuna Expressway are as follows:

  1. Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Area (New Noida)
  2. Heritage City (Raya Urban Center)
  3. New Agra
  4. Tapple
  5. Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida (IITGN)

Among these cities, New Noida and IITGN will be developed as industrial centers, which will be close to the Dedicated Freight Corridor. At the same time, Heritage City will become a major center of religious tourism and Braj culture. New Agra will be developed in Taj Nagari for tourism and hospitality, while Tappal-Bazana will also be planned as an industrial township.

The settlement of these new cities will open new opportunities for employment, housing, and investment in Uttar Pradesh, and the regional economy will get new heights.
