Regarding the India-China border, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that no one can occupy an inch of India’s land. Addressing an ITBP program in Bengaluru, the Home Minister said that I am not worried about the India-China border because I know that ITBP personnel are patrolling there.

Amit Shah said that ITBP has performed very well in difficult geographical conditions. So I went to Arunachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, the states of North India, where the people of India call him Himveer. This surname is given by him. I agree that the public has given a soldier a bigger honor than Padma Shri, Padma Vibhushan. This is a great achievement.

Opposition targeted the government regarding the LAC dispute

The opposition continued to attack the government over the clash with Chinese troops in Arunachal Pradesh’s Tawang. During the winter session of Parliament, the opposition kept demanding the government to hold a discussion on this issue in the House. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi also besieged the government on this issue several times. However, a reply was given in the House on behalf of the Defense Minister.

The assault took place on 9 December

There was a clash between the Chinese Army and the Indian Army in the Tawang sector of Arunachal Pradesh. In this regard, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said in Parliament that Indian troops foiled an infiltration bid by Chinese troops in Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh on December 9 and drove them away. Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that no Indian soldier was killed and no one was seriously injured in the clash.

China blamed the Indian Army for the skirmish. The Chinese Army alleged that Indian Army troops illegally crossed the disputed border, leading to the clash.
