Nissan is soon to introduce two new SUVs in Brazil. One of these will be the new generation kicks, which has been confirmed. But earlier there were speculations about the second SUV that it could be magnite. However, the recently revealed spy shots show that this SUV can actually be the NISSAN version of the new generation’s Renault Duster.

This rebaz version will come with a separate front design and NISSAN’s Signature V-Motion Grill.

How will the second SUV of Nissan be?

The NISSAN version of the Renault Duster will be, but will get a new front look.
The V-Motion will come with grill and new bumper design.
The new generation duster provides LED DRLs with Y-shape, but they can be replaced in the Nissan version.

This new SUV will be placed under Kicks in the lineup of Nissan in Brazil.

Nissan Kicks 2024: Brazil will be launched soon

The new Nissan Kicks was introduced in the North American market in 2024.
Its length is 4,366mm and it comes in the compact SUV segment.
Its production has already started in Brazil.
Nissan Kicks have received a 5-star safety rating in Latin NCAP crash test before launch.

Apart from Brazil, this SUV will also be exported to other Latin American countries.

Engine and Paurtrain Options

A 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine can be found in the Duster version of Nissan.

1.6-liter Petrol Strong Hybrid (140PS Power)
1.2-liter Turbo Petrol Mild Hybrid (130PS Power)
1.0-liter Petrol- LPG by-Fuel (100PS Power)
1.3-liter turbo petrol (150-170ps power)

It will also have an E-4WD variant, which will be given a rear-axle-mounted electric motor.

Nissan’s new SUV will be exported in 20+ countries

This second SUV of NISSAN will not only be for Brazil, but will be exported to more than 20 Latin American countries.
NISSAN needs a strong SUV for Latin American markets, which it can complete from Duster’s Rebaz version.

The new generation of Renault Duster in India may be launched in 2026.
