NIOS Date Sheet 2024: The date sheet for the Class 10 and Class 12 theory exams in the April 2025 session has been made public by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS). The dates of the tests are set for April 9–May 19, 2025. Both classes’ practical exams will take place early, from March 17 to April 1, 2025.

Exam guidelines:
The NIOS Class 10 and 12 exams will be conducted in a single session from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Students will get an additional 15 minutes before the exam to read the question paper.
Students must arrive 30 minutes before the gate closure time to ensure smooth entry and conduct.
It is mandatory to carry both the school ID card and the NIOS 2025 admission card to the exam hall.
Passing criteria:
To pass, students must secure at least 33% overall and in each subject independently.
For subjects with theory and practical components, students must score at least 33% in each section separately.
