New Year Tips: The new year is bringing many new expectations. Then the gods and goddesses are worshiped to make the new year auspicious. For this, God should be remembered early in the morning i.e. in Brahma Muhurta only, because Brahma Muhurta is considered the time of the gods. It is said that during this auspicious time, Gods and Goddesses come to visit the earth.

1. The work done in Brahma Muhurta gives manifold results. Therefore, you also wake up at 4 am in Brahma Muhurta on 1st January and remember God to give you a healthy life.

2. According to astrologers, when you wake up on the first day of the new year, the first thing you should do is look at your palms. It is believed that Lord Vishnu, Mother Lakshmi and Saraswati reside in our palms. Then you see these three gods in the palm. Also, do not forget to chant the mantra ‘Karagre Vasate Lakshmi, Karamadhe Saraswati, Karamule Shisto Brahma, Prabhate Kardarshanam’.

3. In the month of January, wake up in the morning in Brahma Muhurta and worship God after completing daily routine and bathing etc. Dress them in new winter clothes and offer them prasad during the puja. Also light a ghee lamp in the temple. Pray to God that He continues to bless you and continue to guide you to move forward in life. Don’t forget to clean and decorate the house on this day.

4. After worshiping God with true heart, do meditation and yoga for some time. Resolve in your mind that in the new year I will give up bad habits, stay away from alcohol, respect elders and follow the path of truth, through which you will feel immense positive energy in your mind and feel yourself full of strength.

5. In Sanatan Dharma, serving the needy is considered the greatest virtue. You should also start the new year by helping the needy, because the cold season is going on. So, you can help any needy person with blanket, food or clothes. Also, if someone needs medicine, you can also help them.
