A major connectivity scheme has come to light on Noida International Airport, which will not only strengthen the infrastructure of Uttar Pradesh, but will also make access to airports from areas like Delhi and Faridabad. Under this scheme, a 6 -lane elevated road will be built along the Yamuna, which will be directly connected to Noida Airport.
What is the nature of the scheme?

Earlier there were plans to build 8 lanes on the ground and 6 lane roads, but now the entire road will be elevated only

People from Faridabad and Delhi will be able to reach the airport directly through this bridge and road

Underpasses and loops will be created to increase connectivity

First: FNG connectivity from Sector-168

Second: Link by 75 meter wide road between Sector-149A and Sector-150

DPR will become after approval of irrigation department

Noida Authority has decided to make this road fully elevated keeping illegal construction and farming in the submerged area of Yamuna.

Now DPR (detailed project report) will be prepared after getting NOC from the irrigation department
