MP Tech Growth Conclave 2025: ‘Never Thought Industrialists Would Reach MP Districts Like Narmadapuram, Shahdol,’ Says CM Mohan Yadav (WATCH) | X / Mohan Yadav
Indore (Madhya Pradesh): “We could never imagine industrialist could set-up industries at such small districts of Madhya Pradesh like Narmadapuram, Sagar, Rewa. There is a 3.5k crore industry in Shadol….Today we earned an investment of 30 lakh crores during GIS Bhopal,” said Madhya Pradesh CM Mohan Yadav while inaugurating ‘MP Tech Growth Conclave 2025,’ on Sunday.
“Today we are standing at point which seemed impossible to even think off. We all know how swiftly the times changed due to the will power of one person, MP Narendra Modi,” he added.
The conclave meant to position Madhya Pradesh as a future hub for technology and digital innovation, was organised at Indore’s Brilliant Convention Centre on Sunday.
Organized by the state’s Department of Science and Technology, the conclave aims to translate investment proposals from GIS-Bhopal into real projects, offering a golden opportunity for global tech giants to invest in the state.
The conclave marked the launch of Madhya Pradesh’s first fully sector-based technology policies, with over 300 experts, including representatives from Google, Microsoft, and NVIDIA, in attendance.
The Chief Minister unveil four major tech policies: GCC Policy, Drone Policy, Semiconductor Policy, and AVGC-XR Policy, aiming to drive regional innovation and entrepreneurship.

“We are not only working on policy guidelines but we are working on all . Indore Bhopal will be a hub for employment. The operating cost in Madhya Pradesh is less than other states. 60% India tech startups are coming from small towns and tier 2 cities. We are cultivating and nurturing entrepreneurs for tomorrow,” ASG Sanjay Dubey said.
“25 percent of MoUs done in GIS are increasing on ground in which the procedure is going at a fast pace. Our focus areas are urbanisation, industrialization, education and health. in Madhya Pradesh. The government is trying to make it easier to promote businesses in the state. We need to move towards quality of life – Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur and other such cities are serving it. MP is always welcoming to outsiders and no one is illtreated. I believe that the upcoming wave of investment will come to MP and people will invest the same in MP”, Anurag Jain, chief secretary Govt of MP.
“Indore has allowed us to create a capability because the city is very calming,” said Praveen Kankariya Founder CEO Impetus.

“Karnataka is one of the leading state in the country, however I felt that one new wave in Madhya Pradesh which I am feeling here. The new wave is for industrial growth. As per the reports largest employer in India will be startup and we need to support them and grow them,” Sanjeev Gupta, CEO Karnataka Digital Economy Mission
“In the next 5 years there will be 3000 GCC which will be mid market companies with good ecosystem and good tallent. MP was first state to implement land record system and many such works have been done by the state. The next 45 years of our Viksit Bharat will have digital ecosystem. Event Highlight: 500 Divyang to be provided employment

As part of a social initiative, CM Yadav distributed battery-powered tricycles, wheelchairs, hearing devices and other supporting equipment to over 100 differently-abled individuals at Vijay Nagar, supported by IDBI Bank and the Red Cross Society.
Among the distributed items,749 types of assistive devices were given to 300 differently-abled individuals, including tricycles. The total value of the distributed devices was ₹70 lakh.
Additionally, over 500 differently-abled individuals have received job opportunities through the Differently-Abled Employment Portal.

To ensure greater participation of persons with disabilities in the private sector, the Indore district administration has provided employment opportunities to over 500 differently-abled individuals through the Divyang Employment Portal. As part of the program, appointment letters are also being distributed to five selected candidates.
GIS-Bhopal proposals to become reality
The ‘MP Tech Growth Conclave’ is the state’s first fully sector-based tech conclave, serving as a platform to translate the recent investment proposals from GIS-Bhopal into reality.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Yadav also released the guidelines for the state’s four new technology policies, which are – The GCC Policy, Drone Policy, Semiconductor Policy, and AVGC-XR Policy.
These policies are aimed at promoting innovation, research, and manufacturing, and therefore, elevating technological entrepreneurship and capabilities even at the regional level.
Additionally, the CM performed the groundbreaking ceremonies for new IT parks, skill development centers, and startup incubators.
