Neem Karoli Baba’s real name is Lakshmi Narayan Sharma, who was famous by the incident of stopping the train at the railway station called Neem Karoli in Uttar Pradesh. It is said about his birth that he was born around 1900 in Akbarpur village of Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Baba gained knowledge at the age of 17. He was a very great devotee of Hanumanji and his devotees consider him to be a true incarnation of Hanuman in Kali Yuga.
