Mumbai: The Nationalist Congress Party’s (NCP) two-day ‘Navsankalp Shibir,’ originally planned for January 18-19 in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, will now be held in Shirdi, party state president and MP Sunil Tatkare announced during a press conference held on Tuesday.
Tatkare stated that all preparations for the event in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar were complete. However, several frontal organisations, cells, and other office bearers insisted on attending in large numbers. After discussions with National President Ajit Pawar and National Working President MP Praful Patel, it was decided to increase the participant count. Considering the large number of attendees and the insufficient accommodation facilities in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, the venue was shifted to Shirdi.
