NEET MDS 2025: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has released an official notification about the mandatory time-bound sections in the NEET-MDS 2025 exam. This modification is intended to improve the security and integrity of the exam process.
Time-Bound Format of the NEET-MDS 2025 Question Paper
The NEET-MDS 2025 question paper will be split into two time-bound sections:
– Part A: 100 questions within 75 minutes.
– Part B: 140 questions within 105 minutes.
The candidates will not be able to advance to the next section until the time limit of the existing section is over. Once the time for any section is over, the candidates will not be able to review or modify their answers. The next section will start automatically when the time of the existing section is over.
Introduction of Time-Bound Sections in All NBEMS MCQ-Based Exams
The NBEMS had earlier released the plan for introducing mandatory time-bound portions in all its MCQ-type examinations, including NEET-PG, NEET-SS, NEET-MDS, FMGE, DNB-PDCET, GPAT, DPEE, FDST, and FET. The move is being taken to deal with looming security threats and ensure the sanctity of the exam process.
