NBCC (India) Limited signed an MoU with HUDCO to develop an institutional complex on a 10-acre land parcel owned by HUDCO. The development will be located in Sector 62, Noida, in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The project is valued at Rs.600 Crore approximately. The MoU was signed by AK Goyal, ED (Engg.), NBCC and S Thankraju ED (PD&S), HUDCO in the presence of KPMahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, Saleem Ahmad, Director (Projects), NBCC and Sanjay. Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO along with other senior officers from both the organizations on 27.11.2024. NBCC shall be executing the project on “Concept to Commissioning” basis. The project aims to focus on the complete design of a mixed-use building, which will include institutional office spaces and commercial areas.

Sustainability shall be a key focus of the project, with features such as sustainable site planning, resource management, energy-efficient, terrace gardens, and green cover systems aimed at heat reduction and mitigating the heat island effect. The complex will plan to integrate solar power, solar glass façades, canopies and pavilions, green roofing, rainwater harvesting, and advanced water management systems, thereby further strengthening the project’s environmental commitment.
