News India Live, Digital Desk: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir, the tension between India and Pakistan has increased considerably. Meanwhile, on Saturday, Navy Chief Admiral Dinesh K.K. Tripathi met Prime Minister Narendra Modi at his residence. Significantly, 26 people died in this attack on April 22, most of which were tourists. The attack is believed to be carried out by terrorists across the border.

This important meeting is being seen in the context of preparations for strategic and military retaliation by the government. During the meeting, maritime security, army preparations and coordination between the three armies were also discussed. According to sources, Prime Minister Modi has given clear instructions to the leadership of the army that the time, way and goals of retaliation will completely set armed forces. This clearly indicates that India is preparing for a decisive and balanced retaliation.

India has stopped all the exchange of mail and parcel with Pakistan on Saturday with immediate effect. Prior to this order issued by the Department of Posts, the Government of India imposed a complete ban on all types of imports from Pakistan. Also, Pakistan flag ships have been banned from coming to Indian ports and Indian ships from moving to Pakistani ports.
