Essential Material:

1 cup of Rajgira flour

½ cup yogurt

Water as per requirement

1 cup grated gourd

3 tablespoons crushed peanuts

1 teaspoon cumin

Rock salt
-
4 teaspoons black pepper powder

4 teaspoons red chili powder
-
A little fresh coriander (finely chopped)

1-2 finely chopped green chillies
-
Ghee (to bake)
Method of making Falahari Cheela:

Prepare the batter

If the flour of Rajgira is not available, you can grind her seeds in a mixer and prepare it at home.

Take Rajgira flour in a bowl and add curd to it and mix well.

Keep this mixture for some time, so that the dough swells.

Now add grated gourd and peanut powder and mix well.

If the mixture looks more thick, then add water as needed so that the batter becomes correct consistance.

Then add cumin seeds, rock salt, pepper, red chili, finely chopped coriander and green chili.

Heat the griddle and add a little ghee.

Now put the prepared batter on the pan and spread it in round shape.
