Dry Fruits:

  • 8-10 cashews

  • 8-10 soaked and peel almonds

  • 2 cups makhana

  • 3-4 dates (by removing seeds)

Fresh fruits:

  • 2-3 bananas

  • Fragrant fruits (apple, pomegranate, chiku, grapes etc.)

Other materials:

  • ½ liter milk

  • 8-10 saffron fibers

  • Finely chopped dry fruits for garnishing

Easy recipe to make Falahari Fruit Custard:

Boil the milk and add saffron to it, so that the beautiful saffron color comes.
Soak dry fruits (makhane, almonds, cashews, dates) in warm milk and leave it for about half an hour, so that they swell.
Now make a smooth paste by putting all the soaked dry fruits and milk in a grinder.
Also mix one or two bananas in this paste, so that custard becomes a natural switness and creamy texture.
Now keep the consistency of this paste light or thin as per your choice.
Cut the desired fruits (apple, grapes, pomegranate, chiku, banana) into small pieces.
Pour the chopped fruits into a bowl and add creamy paste prepared from above.
