Navratri Special: Easy Recipe of Spicy Falhari Dried Aloo

Spicy Falari Dried Potato Material

2 teaspoons desi ghee
1 teaspoon cumin
2-3 green chillies (chopped)
Some curry leaves
1 teaspoon ginger paste
4 boiled potatoes
Rock salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 cup roasted peanuts (coarsely ground)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped coriander

How to make spicy dried potatoes like this

Heat the pan – First place a pan on the gas and heat desi ghee in it.
Prepare the tempering – As soon as the ghee is hot, add cumin, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry them for a few seconds so that there are good fragrances.
Fry ginger – Now add ginger paste to it and fry for a minute, so that its rawness is over.
Add potatoes – Cut the pre -boiled potatoes into large pieces or mash it lightly and put it in the pan.
Add spices – Now add rock salt and pepper powder and mix well.
Cover and cook-Cover the potatoes on low heat for 5-7 minutes, so that all the flavors are mixed well.
Add peanuts-Now grind the roasted peanuts coarsely and mix it and then cover it for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish – Finally add finely chopped coriander and lemon juice and mix well.

Suggestion

If you want more spicy taste, then you can add black pepper powder and lemon juice a little more instead of rock salt.
