  • 2.5 liter full cream milk

  • 1 cup brown sugar or normal sugar

  • 4 cups coarsely ground cashew powder

  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder

  • 1 teaspoon of pistachios slices

  • Some saffron fibers

Method of making chena kheer

  1. Prepare chenna

    • Take homemade cheese or buy fresh cheese from the market.

    • Wash the paneer thoroughly and keep it in the sieve, so that all the water comes out.

  2. Boil milk

    • Take milk and boil in a heavy fried pot.

    • When milk comes to a boil, reduce the flame of gas and cook it till it is half.

    • Keep stirring in between, so that the milk does not appear in the bottom.

  3. Add sweet and taste

    • Add sugar to milk and let it dissolve well.

    • Cruel the chenna and add it to the milk and cook for about 10 minutes.

  4. Mix dry fruits and flaving

    • Now add cashew powder and cardamom powder and mix well.
