On the day of incident, her son Sandesh (32), who is also the complainant, had called her around 6.55pm and asked her to bring curd while she comes back from the classes. Since she did not reach home at the usual time, her son and husband started looking for her and found that she had left the tuitions and also purchased curd from a shop. They went towards the kachcha road that leads to their house from the shop and found her fallen motionless with all her belongings including, gold ornaments, cash and mobile phone, missing.
