Tripti Dimri: Recently actress Trupti Dimri was in the news. There were speculations that the actress was dropped from Aashiqui 3 as Trupti projected a bold image and the makers were looking for an innocent face for her. However, director Anurag Basu completely dismissed these rumours.

After playing an important role in Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s film Animal, Trupti’s career started touching new heights. In a recent interview, the actress admitted that she is not bothered by such criticism.

I am troubled by a different kind of criticism: Trupti

In an interview given to a magazine, actress Trupti Dimri spoke openly about her characters in ‘Animal’ and ‘Bad News’ and said, ‘I have no regrets in choosing these characters. I am someone who wants to give 100%. If I find a character or a story interesting, I want to give it my all. Now I am learning. We don’t always like everything. Some people will like you and there will be some who won’t. You can’t keep it in mind. You have to listen to your heart and do what you feel is right.

My goal is to play different characters

During the conversation, when the actress was asked whether she was deliberately trying to move away from her bold image? The actress immediately refuted such claims and said, ‘I want to flow like a river. My aim is to play different characters because I don’t want to feel bored on the sets. I don’t want to go there and I think I know it. I want to feel challenged. Want to imagine how that would happen? And then I want to end it. When I go home, I want satisfaction as an actress.
