Dehradun, 29 November (HS). Rajya Sabha MP and BJP National Co-Treasurer Dr. Naresh Bansal has been made a member of the Business Advisory Committee (BMC), the most important committee of Rajya Sabha operations.
Rajya Sabha Chairman and Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar has constituted this committee. Rajya Sabha Chairman is the chairman of this committee and 10 MPs from different parties have been nominated. This committee decides the business of Rajya Sabha, makes recommendations at the time of discussion and suggests topics for debate in the House.
Apart from Dr. Naresh Bansal from BJP-NDA, MP and Deputy Chairman Harivansh, Laxmikant Vajpayee, Radha Mohandas Aggarwal, Sudhanshu Trivedi are included. Whereas from the opposition camp, MPs Pramod Tiwari, Jairam Ramesh, Sanjay Singh, Derek Barayan, V Vijay Sai Reddy have been nominated as members.
