CM Fadnavis said on Nagpur violence, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has criticized the violence in Nagpur last night due to rumors. He has also made a shocking statement that the violence was pre -planned.

Speaking on the issue of Nagpur violence in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Chief Minister Fadnavis said that we will never tolerate attacks on the police. Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal demonstrated, after which rumors spread and religious materials were set on fire. It seems that this violence was pre -planned. But no one needs to take the law in their own hands.

Fadnavis said that there is increasing anger among the people about the film Chhava. This created a feeling of resentment towards Aurangzeb among the people. All are appealed to maintain peace in the state.

Complaints against more than 50 people

Late Monday night, more than 200 people of Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal were protesting in front of the statue of Shivaji Maharaj. They protested demanding Aurangzeb’s removal of the tomb. However, this protest suddenly became violent.

Rumors were spread

During this protest, the mob allegedly burnt the effigy of the Mughal emperor, but the rumor spread that the incident had insulted the holy scripture. Due to which violence erupted and many policemen were injured. Many vehicles were set on fire. This rumor was spread on social media by a group of 80 to 100 people. The DCP was attacked with an ax in the violence.
