Boman Irani, known for his stellar performance as Dr. Asthana, celebrated 19 years of one of his favorite films, Munna Bhai MBBS.

The comedy-drama film directed by the one and only Rajkumar Hirani is undisputedly one of the best films that won the National Film Award for Best Popular Film in 2004 and several Filmfare Awards.

Boman Irani, who played the role of the eccentric Dr. Asthana, is still loved and remembered by his fans. The actor, who plays a dean in a negative light, helps establish a very strong and significant impact thanks to his powerhouse acting abilities.

There was a time when fans couldn’t help but love him. Talking about his experience, Boman Irani said, “Munna Bhai MBBS has been a very special film for me. I knew that the character of Dr. Asthana would be different for me, but I was ready to take the risk.

I am glad I did because my fans still remember me and value my performances even years after I first released. On the work front, he will next be seen in Raj Kumar Hirani’s Danki, which also stars Shah Rukh Khan.
