Mumbai: The Mumbai local train displayed the incorrect name for the Parel station on its electronic system. This issue came to light on Thursday when a daily commuter posted about it on X. The incorrect station name was shown in Marathi. The user urged the authorities to fix this problem on train no. 6000B on the suburban route.
The post was done by the account @ANANDAPATIL76, a user on X, additionally, he also mentioned in the post that they have been complaining about this issue since September 2024, but so far, there has been no correction or action taken by Central Railway or the authorities.

A user mentioned in a recent post that “Train 6000B is in service on the suburban Railway route of Central Railway, and the name of the station ‘Parel’ (Marathi version) is being incorrectly used in the electronic system in all coaches. I have been complaining since September 2024 but no concrete action is being taken.”
